Lori Adams

Assistant Director

Lori Adams has been a cornerstone of Camden Academy for over 13 years. She began as a classroom leader—serving as Lead Teacher in both Two-Year-Old and Jr. Pre-K classrooms—and has supported Afterschool and Infant programs as well.

A former substitute teacher in the White County School System for three years, Lori brought that breadth of experience to Camden, where she has served as Assistant Director for more than a decade. She earned her CDA at the start of her preschool career and now oversees day-to-day operations, including staff scheduling and coverage, licensing and compliance checks, safety and incident reporting, and family communications.

Lori also mentors and trains teachers, supports enrollment and tours, partners with lead teachers on curriculum implementation, and ensures classrooms meet program standards for quality and care. Known for her managerial skills and reliability, Lori helps keep our school running smoothly while creating a welcoming, professional experience for families and staff alike.
