Brittani Ramirez, Executive Director of Camden Academy, has dedicated nearly 25 years to the field of early childhood education. A summa cum laude graduate with a bachelor’s degree in early childhood education, she has built her career around a deep passion for nurturing children’s growth and learning.

For the past 15 years at Camden Academy, Brittani has served as a Three-Year-Old and Pre-K Lead Teacher, Assistant Director, and for the last decade, as Executive Director. In her role, Brittani oversees the overall operations of the school, including staff leadership, curriculum development, compliance with state regulations, and fostering strong relationships with families. She manages budgets, policies, and professional development initiatives to ensure both high-quality education and smooth daily operations.

Beyond administration, Brittani is committed to cultivating a positive, supportive culture for staff while upholding the academy’s mission of providing a safe, engaging, and enriching environment for children. Her leadership, vision, and dedication continue to shape Camden Academy as a place where children, families, and teachers thrive together.
